SHIPPING, RETURNS + ORDER TERMS

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days after purchase.

Orders ship Monday–Friday. Kalabrya’s Kloset fulfillment is closed on weekends and major holidays.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)

Standard Shipping via USPS or UPS

• Processing Time: 3–4 Business Days
• Expected Arrival: 2–7 Business Days after shipment
• Shipping Rate: Calculated at checkout

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Kalabrya’s Kloset is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• Processing Time: 3–4 Business Days
• Estimated Delivery: 7–21 Business Days depending on destination

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by their country.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our boutique, Kalabrya’s Kloset does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Many items are limited pieces, and inventory is often one-of-one, which means once an item is sold it cannot be replaced.

Please review product descriptions, sizing, and photos carefully before purchasing.

 

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Photos of the item
• A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the claim and determine the best resolution.

 

 

ORDER MODIFICATIONS / CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
